All of these events and many more are the creative genius of Heather Rizzo, Appletini Photography’s official Editor-in-Chief.  One of my core missions here at Appletini is to empower women and to help them bring out their fabulousness.  From capturing and preserving your family memories to MOMography tips to craft projects to parties that rock to creating amazing invitations we are here as a place for women to share, learn, create and have a daily dose of fun.

I knew when I decided to take Appletini full time that I was going to need some help, someone that shares my creative vision, love for astounding photography and mission for empowering women.  Heather is my girl and I could not be more excited to share this chapter in our lives.  Heather was an easy fit to help me bring this mission to life and to add her own fabulousness and ideas to it.  Heather is extremely creative, a master at getting the job done and a wonderful mother!  Together, we create amazing things, dream big and never let a challenge get in our way.  People have been telling us for years that we should be in business together and we completely agree!  Heather has actually worked for Appletini all along as one of my biggest fans and greatest supporter and it is great to be an official team.

I look forward to seeing Heather grow as the Editor-in-chief here as well as launching some of her own dreams and projects.  We have big plans, lots of love & support and enough coffee to get the job done!

Hello World!  Watch out for Heather Rizzo!

Wondering how we met?  Heather and I’s story started in the 7^th grade when the universe brought us together at the junior high lunch table.  {{Table One was the spot…next to Dot….hahahaha!}}  We have been dear friends ever since.   She is my best friend and we’ve gone from partners in crime {{no real crimes here}} to partners in crafts to partners in business!

Appletini’s First Model –  When Heather got engaged to her husband Jim in 2006 they needed a picture for the paper and so I got to do my first engagement session! 😉  This picture hung proudly on my fridge for years and I still love it to this day.
