Every fall, I tell myself the same lie.
This is the year I’ll slow down.
And every fall, I find myself laughing behind the camera, asking kids for one more monkey high-five, reminding parents that the big sneeze always works, and wondering how I ended up with the best job in Bucks County.

This past fall, I photographed 32 outdoor family sessions across Bucks County — along canal paths, tucked-away trails, open fields, and a few favorite spots that always seem to show up at just the right moment. Each session had its own energy, but the goal was always the same: real connection, real laughter, and images that feel like you.
If you’ve ever been in front of my camera, you already know the routine. We’ll start calm, someone will feel a little unsure, and then suddenly we’re all laughing because a monkey high-five somehow breaks the tension every single time. Kids loosen up. Parents breathe. And just like that, the magic sneaks in.

One of the things that still blows my mind — even after all these years — is that 62% of my fall clients were returning families. Families I’ve photographed before. Kids I’ve watched grow. Parents who come back year after year and trust me again with their story.
That is not something I take lightly.

Fall in Bucks County has a way of slowing people down just enough to be present. The colors soften, the air cools, and families arrive ready to lean in — sometimes literally — to the moment. There were giggles, bear hugs, leaf tossing, and more than a few “just one more” requests from me (because I can never help myself).

Fall 2025 was full. Full of movement, full of laughter, full of moments that will mean more with time. And I’m so grateful to every family who met me out there and let me do what I love most.
If this season of your life feels like one worth remembering, I’d be honored to help you tell that story.
