I used to be all about those pre-seasoned pork loins.  You know, the ones you just pop in the oven.  No stress.  No mess.  Well, there’s also NO variety. The teriyaki pork loin is good and all, but after having it 3 times, it seemed to lose it’s deliciousness.

No more pre-seasoned pork loins for THIS girl.  I now have about 7 different pork loin recipes.  And guess what?  Teriyaki isn’t one of ’em!! Today I’m going to share with you a delicious crock pot pork loin recipe! I am crock pot obsessed. I love my slow cooker. He is a little jerk though when he spits his aroma all over my house. By 10am I am craving dinner and just want to eat everything in sight. Yeah, you know what I mean!

He IS such a tease sometime, but since he makes my life so much easier, I let him stick around. IN FACT, I have him cooking me dinner right this very second. When I say “COOK” he says “HOW HIGH”. “LOW”, is usually my answer! 🙂

  • Add some veggies if you’d like.  I threw in some potatoes and onion.  Carrots would have been included if I had ’em.

  • Crock on low for about 6 hours.

DON’T overcook!

I went out and cooked mine a little too long. The flavor was still SOOOO delicious, but my pork was a little dry.

This was the only time I made this and it didn’t come out perfectly!  I love this herb seasoned crock pot recipe and bet you will too!  Even my picky 3 year old ate it.  Sure, I told her it was chicken, but she DID eat it.  And if SHE liked it…. that means it MUST be good!!

So, take my advice. Skip the pre-marinated meat next time and try this recipe.  When you do, drop by and let me know what you thought!

Enjoy!
