Today I am so exciting and kind of busting at the seams to announce…I have a new team member, TINA JO!!! Chief of Sales!! I love helping people and I really LOVE photographing people but I am such a crazy busy women as it is adding sales into the mix has created better revenue but crashed my to-do list…quickly. There is a lot of little details and time that needs to be spent when ordering custom products. Good thing I have a great company motto, Everything is Figure-out-able! There is only one solution for me to be less busy, while giving my clients the most amazing experience possible – expand!
Insert Tina! My girl & BFF for over 20 years! Tina and I have been collaborating since our backyard chorographer dance to Come on Ride that Train…N Ride it 😉
Back in the fall I participated in Makefield Women’s Association AutumnFest at Shady Brook Farm {{Best family event in Bucks County}} and Tina helped me man, the booth. Tina and my other girls working the booth know me and my photography very well so I gave very little instruction, more of a big pep talk. Tina was a natural and I loved the way she sounded. It was like hearing a TV commercial for my brand and having that ah-ha moment. She booked 6 sessions that day and I was blown away. I AM SO EXCITED TO HAVE HER ON THE TEAM! Tina is the perfect fit and my solution to helping my clients print their images and design these beautiful products that they fall in love with on my walls. Tina has a background in home design and the kind of home you want to snuggle up in for days. Even as teenagers our idea of a fun Friday was to empty my room and putting everything back in. Our Mom’s never seemed to mind. Now, I leave her house and usually inspired to rearrange mine. One of my favorite things in her home is all of her portraits. She has lots of frames with family images and large portrait wall art, it makes her family home so warm. I have known and loved Tina for so long and I look forward to sharing her with my clients. She might even try her hand at a little blogging!
Tina and I will be working hard this year to make Bucks County homes more beautiful, one portrait session at a time. Together we are revamping the sales department and customer experience over here at Appletini! We know the end goal is for Mom to have a beautiful portrait(s) hanging in her home and Tina is here to help. We have lots of different options and a super easy process. We are still a couple of days away from full launch but clients and VIP members will be the first to know!
Welcome Aboard Tina!!! Cheers to a new chapter pal!!
