Holiday portraits are never really about the outfits.
They’re about the moments between them.
Holiday 2025 brought me 24 in-studio holiday portrait sessions, 10 events, and a handful of other meaningful sessions, totaling 72 sessions across Bucks County. And while each one looked a little different, they all shared the same heartbeat: families showing up, even when life felt busy.

If you’ve photographed with me during the holidays, you know it’s rarely quiet. There are giggles echoing through the studio, parents whispering, “just smile for one more,” and me, inevitably pulling out the big sneeze when all else fails. (It works. Every. Single. Time.)
What I love most about holiday sessions is watching families settle into the moment. Kids who start off a little shy warm up fast. Siblings find their rhythm. Parents relax when they realize perfection is not the goal — connection is.
And for many of these families, this wasn’t our first holiday together.
So many of my clients come back year after year, and it’s one of the greatest honors of my career to watch their children grow — from tiny humans to confident kids with big personalities and even bigger laughs. Being invited back into these traditions is something I never take for granted.
Behind the scenes, holiday sessions are thoughtfully planned, gently guided, and intentionally paced so that kids can be kids and parents don’t feel rushed. My goal is always the same: to create images that feel timeless, joyful, and honest — the kind you pull out years from now and say, remember this?
Because one day, these won’t just be holiday portraits. They’ll be touchstones. Proof of who you were, how it felt, and how much love lived in this season.
Holiday magic isn’t loud. It’s layered. And I’m so grateful I get to help families across Bucks County preserve it.
