After reading the last 2 days of how Heather prepared for Quinn’s arrival, its now time to meet Quinn! Quinn’s newborn session included her incredible big sister of course and a few of Quinn’s friends. Yes, at just 10 days old this baby already has baby friends. With the summer of babies…she has all kinds of pals!! I love capturing newborns and am so honored by Mom’s who trust this duty to me! Newborn photography can be a challenge but we take our time and get it right. As you can see below once we get the newborn nice and sleepy we can create some pretty adorable images!

Are you wondering how we got that shot above? Baby safety is number one here at Appletini!! A shot like this takes two people and our hands never leave the baby. We take a series of images then merge the files in Photoshop! Photo Magic!! Not all babies can get into this pose. We try it and if they hate it we try something else. It is definitely not an easy shot for Heather and I to do but Quinn was the perfect baby for us to get some practice! When this shot works it is just magic!
