My excitement carries over from yesterday! I’ve been pretty stoked ever since I checked my mailbox Thursday morning and saw that my first guest post was featured! SO EXCITING, RIGHT?! As a blogger it’s a pretty big deal to be featured on someone else’s site. They have to think your work is worth sharing with all of their readers. So to say the least, I AM HONORED! Why 32? … Great question!! This year we all turn thirty-two. We figured rather than receiving gifts this year, we’d GIVE instead. One act of kindness for each year we have been blessed with. The three of us always try to be as kind and as positive as possible and thought it’d be pretty amazing to dedicate an entire day to it. Our birthdays just gave us a reason. :) So we made a plan… spend $32.00 (yes 32, see the pattern?) and spread as much kindness as we possibly could… And that is exactly what we did!! Before I show you how we spent our day, we wanted to give a special thanks to two generous gentleman who donated toward our cause… Pat Herman, who is

It was so fun to look back at all of the invitations that I’ve designed and style them to convey the concept of the event. One thing is clear, I have an absolute passion for invitation design. It is amazing to see an invitation go from concept to fruition and each piece in my box is a little piece of heart, sweat and tears {{happy tears of course}}. Here are some of my favorites from the shoot. You will be seeing more of these images shortly on the design page and in our upcoming promotions. Know someone who is planning an event and needs an AMAZING

It was so bittersweet to leave all the people I knew and my daily school routine but I could not wait for senior week, my senior summer and even better my freshman year of college. Being a senior is one of the most carefree times in our life, too young to have real responsibilities but too old to act like a kid. It’s the closing of the first major chapter of our lives and the opening of a whole new book. If there is one thing I know for sure is that it is critical that we document who we are at this stage. Honestly, my senior pictures are awful! I am wearing a black triangle in one shot {why did they make us wear that fake shirt?}. And a cap,

When Tiffany, Tini, Melissa and I went Cherry Blossom shooting, Melissa took this photograph… It is a wonderful example of each of us using a different camera angle. We are all photographing the same path at the same location but our points of view differ which give us each an entirely different photograph. When thinking about the composition of your image, there are certain things you should consider. Are going to look down on the subject, look up at it, how close will you be? Every choice made will change the point of view and how your image is viewed by others. Your camera angle is something you should practice when taking photos. Many people see something beautiful they want a picture of and just snap a photo. Sometimes this will create a nice photograph but

It was absolutely beautiful and started with her stunning Save the Dates, designed by none other than the very talented Appletini Designs! Tiffany did an awesome job! Just look at these lovely Save the Dates… Melissa knew from the start that she wanted to create vintage handkerchiefs save the dates. She diligently collected and a few trips to the flea market later she found over 125. Melissa created this tree of life drawing and Tiff worked it into design and added the details. She stamped each handkerchief save the dates with a personalized wedding stamp then wrapped each handkerchief around her elegant garden themed Save the Dates cards. It was an unexpected touch that made her already awesome Save the Dates even more fabulous. The wedding hankies were great too because most of the guests
