It was so fun to look back at all of the invitations that I’ve designed and style them to convey the concept of the event. One thing is clear, I have an absolute passion for invitation design. It is amazing to see an invitation go from concept to fruition and each piece in my box is a little piece of heart, sweat and tears {{happy tears of course}}. It was absolutely beautiful and started with her stunning Save the Dates, designed by none other than the very talented Appletini Designs! Tiffany did an awesome job! Just look at these lovely Save the Dates… Melissa knew from the start that she wanted to create vintage handkerchiefs save the dates. She diligently collected and a few trips to the flea market later she found over 125. Melissa created this tree of life drawing and Tiff worked it into design and added the details. She stamped each handkerchief save the dates with a personalized wedding stamp then wrapped each handkerchief around her elegant garden themed Save the Dates cards. It was an unexpected touch that made her already awesome Save the Dates even more fabulous. The wedding hankies were great too because most of the guests

As the Irish would say, “It was lovely”. Really, it was! My Mom and Dad have date night every week (awwww) at Bertucci’s with some of their friends so the Friday after we returned from our trip we threw her a surprize party. Great times, great drinks, great conversation, great friends! That pretty much sums it up! Happy Birthday Momma. To get the party started, I designed a fabulous invitation. Momma likes wine so I created a wine themed 60th birthday party invitation. I loved the results. Cheers! **still editing those Ireland photos…or shall I say re-editing, but they are coming soon!**
