Any who David and I cook from Pinterest all the time. I pin it and he picks his favorites and adds the stuff to the food list…it’s a great system. A few weeks ago, I pinned this….

…and last weekend we made it. The recipe called for pepperoni, cheese and sauce but we needed to healthified that so I made chicken parm calzones. Really I pinned the technique not so much the recipe. You can put a million things in a calzone but I never thought to cut the dough this way and braid it. It was genius and took my calzone game to the next level. 😉

What you’ll need
2 chicken breast
1 can of tomatoes
smidge of olive oil
3-5 cloves of garlic
1/2 mozzarella cheese
dough
I cooked the chicken and made my sauce first. For my sauce I use a covered pot and add in the tomatoes, garlic and olive oil then I let it cook on low for 10-15 minutes. *covering the sauce is key*
Put all the ingredients together…

it was beyond delicious!

Hi, I’m Tiff!
I’m the photographer behind Appletini Photography, a portrait studio based in Yardley, PA, serving families and businesses across Bucks County. For more than a decade, I’ve had the joy of capturing heartfelt images — from newborn photography and family portraits to professional headshots and branding photography. My goal is always the same: to create photographs that feel authentic, joyful, and worth holding onto for generations.
Over the years I’ve photographed thousands of moments for families throughout Yardley, Morrisville, and the surrounding Bucks County community, helping parents preserve the fleeting stages of childhood and the connections that make their family unique. I believe a photograph never grows up — and that the images we create today become tomorrow’s heirlooms.
When I’m not behind the camera, I’m wearing one of my many hats: wife, mom, cat mom, aunt, best friend, and enthusiastic coffee drinker. I’m usually planning a themed party, crafting something creative, traveling somewhere new, getting lost in a good book, or laughing until my cheeks hurt.
Through this blog, I love sharing photography tips, local Bucks County family resources, behind-the-scenes stories from sessions, and inspiration for families preparing for portraits. I’m so glad you’re here.
